Why This Matters

The ATF has announced that the eForms website is expected to shut down on 12/26/25 and reopen supposedly on 1/1/26 while they prepare updated forms reflecting the new $0 tax stamp that will go into effect next year.

• Any eForms accounts created before 12/26/25 will remain active
• Forms submitted before 12/26/25 will be processed before 1/1/26
• Having your account ready now helps ensure you can take full advantage of the new $0 tax stamp as soon as it becomes available and be a step ahead if there are any delays.

Creating an eForms account only takes a few minutes, but it can save you time and frustration later when demand increases.
